MullenLowe ‘MatchM8’ Quiz Terms & Conditions

To celebrate Valentine’s Day this year, MullenLowe (the “Promoter”, “We”) invite You (the “Participant”, “You”), for fun, to discover your ‘Love Report’ by taking Our ‘MatchM8’ quiz (the “Quiz”). Once You have completed the Quiz You can share the results on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

By participating in this Quiz, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Quiz on the Promoter’s website or other social media platform form part of these terms and conditions.


The Promoter is MullenLowe Group Limited of C-Space, 37-45 City Road, London EC1Y 1AT and the Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

  1. The Quiz is open to anyone.
  2. The Quiz will be available to take from Wednesday 12th February 2020.
  3. The Quiz will close at 5.00pm on Friday 28th February 2020.
  4. The Quiz is free to take:

    1. To begin the Quiz simply click the ‘Find Your Match’ button.
    2. Answer each of the questions – answer the multiple choice questions by selecting the option with which you agree (or most closely agree).
    3. Place your thumb on your phones’ screen for a biometric test (please note section 8 below).
    4. To retrieve your results and find out your Love Diagnosis click the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. Once You have received your results, You will have the option to Share your results via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn by clicking on the button showing the logo for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn.
  6. Each Participant may only share the Quiz/their results once.
  7. Participants will not receive any prize for completing the Quiz.
  8. We shall only use personal information submitted by you in accordance with all data protection legislation and only for the necessary administration of this quiz. You hereby consent to your personal information being used for this purpose. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, any details and information provided by you will not be used for any promotional purpose or passed to any third party.

    THUMB PRINTS: Please note that the ‘thumb print’ reader is included in the Quiz purely for experiential purposes. We do not take a scan or save a copy of your thumb print!

This quiz is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Twitter and we release Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter of any and all liability in relation to this quiz. Any information provided by You under this quiz is provided to us and not to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. In accepting these terms and conditions you release Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter from liability to the fullest extent possible in law.
  10. This Quiz will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating the Participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this competition will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
